The Moon and The
Fortress is a spacious country house recently restored surrounded by
2000 mq of ground.
It is now a small bed & breakfast immersed in the calm of the Marche’s
country between cultivations of grain, sunflowers, olive trees and
vineyards.
It enjoys of a panorama that spaces on the sweet hills, on the
medieval fortress of Acquaviva Picena until to arrive to the Sybilline
mountains and to the Gran Sasso.

A lot of our guests use the Moon and the Fortress like base for daily trips to the sea, to the museums of the Region and to historical and artistic sites or for fresh walks in the mountain paths of the Sybilline and in the National Park of Abruzzo.
Nearby many historical-artistic towns:
Ascoli Piceno(25km), Acquaviva Picena (2km), Offida (10km), Ripatransone (12km) and others.
We have Opera and Concerts of national importance at the Sferisterio in Macerata and at the Ventidio Basso in Ascoli Piceno.
For the lovers of horseriding, there is a handling at a few miles and the racecourse San Paolo at Piane di Montegiorgio.

The Moon and The Fortress offers you the possibility to stay in 3 spacious rooms with panoramic view of the Fortress of Acquaviva Picena.
Each room is furnished with flavor, friendly and comfortable.
The cleanliness of the room is daily and the change of the linen is every 2-3 days.
